Online application followed by a phone interview. The next round is the assessment centre which is a few hours long and consists of 2 mathematical tests, a group project and presentation and a panel interview with two employees.

Entrevista
Applied online, received notification to schedule a telephone interview three days later. Standard basic behavioral fit interview with some company related questions thrown in. The recruiter was very pleasant, but I had the feeling she was not that interested. The interview was over in 20 minutes. Notified by email three weeks later of no invitation to the assessment center.

the interview was difficut but you need to make sure you prepare well, just eead the annual report is the best thing to do and have wide industry market knowledge and this helps as well. probably not as hard as other places but still there are various compenents where its easy to slip up

Send off application, no online tests of any sort. Email later on saying that you have or have not obtained a phone interview. If successful, you get invited to an assessment day. There is firstly an online trading simulation test, followed by a group exercise and finally individual competency interviews.
