I recently interviewed at TP-Link for an SRE role. one of the most disrespectful interviewers I had. I was asked an easy question which I solved multiple times before (valid brackets). I was thinking out load, explaining my thought process as I was solving the question, which is encouraged in engineering, to show if one really understands their solution without memorizing it. One of the interviewers jumped and said don't talk, just solve it! I have solved the question in complete silence and wrapped it up in under 10 minutes. However, no feedback at all about the question. This was a representation of TP-Link systems' culture, and that was enough for me. even if they offered the position, I wouldn't want to with such colleagues.
