It was more a meeting between individuals to discuss what can be done and what roles can be achieved. The standard questions were asked. We discussed some projects I have done and TPG showed me what projects they have. Overall a wonderful and enlightening experience. Their office has a very apparent positive work culture.

It was very friendly, open and healthy. They gave me the chance to discuss my projects, asked about my goals and described the company culture and mentorship. They were very clear about their staffing requirements, start date and salary.
