first the hr/recruiter that reached out didn't even ask me to set up a time, called me randomly during typical lunch hours to do the phone screening, then during the interview, 1 half of the "technical" interviewers wasnt even paying attention, was doing random stuff the entire time, then questions that he would of had answers to if he just decided to listen, asked some questions like i was suppose to regurgitate the definition of things that popped into his head, and then on top of that wanted working code in a notepad session, i was ready to just tell them i don't even wanna continue this interview but figured i would finish it out. never have i wanted to just close the zoom link so much.
