Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela TRANSCOM em out. de 2025
Entrevista
So, I applied for Transcom over two months ago and they finally reached out to ask me for a "final" group interview. It wasn't on camera and when I got there, there was one other candidate with me. We were asked three questions each and the interviewer seemed like she was just following standard protocol and wasn't trying to get to know us at all or actually care who we were and why we wanted to join the company. I haven't had an interview in over 5 years, so I may have come off nervous and anxious, but the interviewer did not make it sound like she cared at all how I responded and just took notes on exactly what I said. After those three questions, she broke us up into breakout rooms to ask generic questions basically about my Internet. She kept asking about that after I submitted a speed test and my speeds were way higher than what they required, so I found that to be odd. She then put us both into the main room again and told me, "Hey, thanks Kayla we got everything we need. We will reach out to you with an update in 72 hours or less. You're free to go." So, I was like okay and I left the call. She allowed the only other candidate to stay to talk to her privately. I'm assuming she received a job offer on the spot. I woke up just now to a generic email that didn't even mention my interview and it stated, "we decided to move forward with another candidate at this time, feel free to reapply," LOL, NO. NEVER. Worst interviewing experience of my life. I will never apply to this company again and I'm glad I didn't get the job offer. If they can't do no better than a generic email, I don't want no part of that company.
The interview process seems to be progressing at a slower pace than expected. Initially, the HR team reaches out to schedule the interview, which is a positive step. However, after the interview is conducted, there is a lack of follow-up communication. I have found that after the interview, there is no response or update regarding the next steps, leaving candidates uncertain about the status of their application. This lack of timely communication can be frustrating and may affect the overall candidate experience.”

The interview was really friendly and easy going. The interviewer looked like she had a lot of experience with this so she would make you feel very cozy and 'at home' while talking to her.
It went pretty smooth, she was the most transparent person I have ever seen in the HR world - she basically explained to me budget, the process, timeline, everything!
Unfortunately, there was a language issue with my application, and I got denied, but the denial came through a phone call from the HR person explaining to me the entire situation.
Overall, I would totally apply for jobs here knowing someone did this incredible job for me to be all right.
