Several vertuial interviews before being offered the position. Mostly with the director of the Quality Division and others on the Quality Team. Interview questions where scripted and notes were taken.

The interview process felt disorganized and unprofessional. Candidates were asked to wait in a group setting on office bleachers for approximately four hours before speaking with a team lead. The extended wait time, combined with the informal setup, did not create a strong first impression of the company’s professionalism or respect for applicants’ time.
Most of the hiring appeared to be conducted in a group format rather than through individualized interviews, which made the process feel impersonal. A more structured and timely approach to interviewing would greatly improve the candidate experience.

Quick and smooth zoom meeting describing the job then equipment was sent over to home commission is misleading and avoided even during interview training was good though overall job would be great if commission was even average that other conpanies offered
