I applied online and spoke with a fantastic recruiter. Initially, the recruiter was incredibly communicative and kept me informed and in the loop about the interview process. I had two great interviews with various team members, then was asked to do a writing assignment. I felt very good about where things were and felt like the recruiter was really pulling for me. Then, crickets. Nothing. Not a word. Totally ghosted. It was fairly heartbreaking since I really liked the team and had such good vibes from everyone. Even after reaching out a couple of times to the recruiter and to the hiring manager, not a peep. So, what started off great ended with a whimper. Not impressed, TRC.
