Employees there seem nice, questions standard. Boss was nice but I heard they can be quite strict and pushy with newhires, hence the high turnover. Feels like red flag when employees are the ones giving you the heads up from first interview. Like damn okay. Importantly, company quite stiff on contract. Salary, notice period, location and leave are all fixed despite the impression that there was room to negotiate. Would be tolerable but pay is pretty bad considering the social suicide you're signing yourself up to. 6 day/week, weekends longest shifts. Decided real quick for them and walked out.

There were 2 rounds of video interviews, and you can answer in both English and Mandarin: mostly behavioral questions and scenario response questions. The answers better be practical and not too general.
