To long and to many people interviewing you. I was asked the same questions by all of them, they should have different questions ready and get a better idea of the person who they were possibly going to hire. Also 2 of them were hard to understand because of a language barrier.

you have to interview with 3-4 different people before you get the job. Hr, manager, CFO, and the president.
they make you go through too much for the job. A strict background check and fingerprints too
