The interview process was the first thing that made me realize this is the career for me! Sara was extremely personable and friendly. She was very understanding and when the position I applied for wasn't a good match for me, she suggested a different position (CSR). Chad, CSR Supervisor, also held an in office interview, and he was also very accommodating . Usually the interview process is a scary one, however, Sara and Chad made me feel comfortable rather than intimidated.
