TRU Community Care, like many organizations, went through a CEO transition in the summer of 2016. Feedback from current employees and from referral sources in our service area, indicate the organization is meeting the needs of staff and of patients and moving forward in a positive fashion. Staff report feeling hopeful, in high-spirits, and supportive of the direction from current leadership. We, like any healthcare organization, have had turnover which is expected in this highly competitive healthcare market in Metro Denver. TRU Community Care was the first hospice in Colorado, one of the first dozen in the United States, and will continue to provide the highest quality care to all those we serve.
