First interview with HR then onwards two interviews. But everything online. Second interview being online. 2nd interview is technical. The final interview is a trial day but also online. The interviewer was calm and cooperative.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of three stages. The first was an initial conversation with the Talent Acquisition Partner which was very friendly, structured, and gave a clear overview of the role and company.
The second stage was a more in-depth discussion with the Managing Director. This conversation focused more on my experience, approach to sales, and how I could fit within the company’s vision and goals.
The final stage was an in-person assessment day at the office. I was invited to prepare a presentation based on case studies, and it was a very engaging and well-organised experience. I was also invited to join the team for lunch, which made the day feel very welcoming and gave me a great sense of the company culture.
Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and very positive, with a strong emphasis on both skills and cultural fit.

Entrevista
The interview journey was very well-structured and transparent. It consisted of four main stages:
1. Recruiter Screening: A high-level discussion about my background in AWS (ECS/Lambda) and alignment with the "Consumer Domain."
2. Technical Deep Dive: A focused session on Terraform, CI/CD patterns, and architectural trade-offs between RDS/PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
3. Practical Day: A hands-on "challenge" involving pair programming with three tasks. This was a great way to see how the team collaborates in real-time.
4. Stakeholder & Team Rounds: A session with the PM and Agile Coach to discuss product mindset and prioritization, followed by a "Meet the Team" session to ensure a strong culture fit.
