The interview process is based off a point scale, they pretty much tell you in the interview what they are looking for. They use the STAR process; situation, task, action, result;
Tell them the situation,
State the task at hand in the situation,
State the action you took to resolve the situation,
State the out come or the result of the situation.
The interviewers are usually employees for the job you are applying for, they are not trained, they are not HR, they usually do not have real experience in interviewing.
A former employee was hired by answering all of the interview questions using examples of her relationship with her ex-husband!
I believe they did a color test to make sure I wasn't color blind.
