Overall good interview process, lots of questions that involve previous experiences and how you handled them (Think STARS for best answers), easy to get into and solid training phase. I would definitely recommend the job, since it is a pretty competitive wage and the ability to move up is high.

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.
