Very easy process. The panel usually consist of 2 interviewers. Questions are all scenario based. Include the situation, approach and outcome. Be very descriptive on your examples and do not generalize.

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.
