The interview was conducted in person and felt very easygoing and welcoming. The interviewer created a comfortable environment, asked straightforward questions, and maintained a friendly tone throughout. Overall, it was a positive and relaxed experience.

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.
