I was originally invited to interview for a position in another department. However, after the initial interview, they felt that HR might be a better fit for me. As a result, they gave me the opportunity to interview for a position in HR instead. In total, I had four interviews: the first with the manager of the other department, the second with the manager of the HR department, the third was a language interview conducted by an employee fluent in the language (neither English nor Mandarin), and the fourth with an HR recruiter. The interview time was scheduled shortly after receiving the email, which I believe reflects the fast-paced culture at TSMC.

Q: Can you describe your responsibilities in your previous role and discuss any strategic challenges you encountered?
A: I didn't respond to the question well. After the interview, I realized the manager may have been seeking my spontaneous reaction.
