Why did you switch majors? What do you know about TSMC? Tell us about your favorite class? Have you done any research and if so give us a brief overview on what it was about.
In total two phases, after their CV screening. Really interested in getting to know you and making you feel heard. Explained everything in detail and plenty of time to ask questions. Timeline for their decision was also clearly stated.
really quick to schedule first round of interview, which was in person. second round was online with HR, and it took a bit of time to schedule. it took quite a bit of time to get an offer letter.

standard interview questions: biggest challenge at last work, accomplishment...etc
The managers were polite and nice and asked a lot of questions. They tried to understand how the candidate deal with their work back in school and in the previous jobs.
