The first interview was an online session with the hiring manager, focusing on technical expertise, understanding of the company and the role, and an introduction to the job responsibilities. One week later, there was a second online interview with HR, which focused more on personality traits, such as stress tolerance and overall character fit.

The hiring manager asked me to explain a past research project in detail and how I solved a specific problem during the process, to assess my technical skills and problem-solving ability.

Few behavior question and also ask you some basic semi-conducter knowledge. Such as DIBL and basic concept of MOSFET. It's not that hard just to make sure you can tell the concept fluently
Self intro, Why are you interested in this position? What are your strengths and weaknesses？
Can you describe a challenge you faced and how you handled it?
How do you solve technical problems when you get stuck
Standard interview with HR then Team Members. Very relaxed and calm interview environment and interviewers were friendly. Each interview took about an hour each and was ranging from technical and behavioral queations.
