Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa TST Media.
Entrevista
I was interviewed initially by two people, then offered a Full Time position about two weeks later. The process was pretty standard i'd say and I didn't think it was too intense, nor did I feel too nervous. As long as you're confident and know the company history prior, and have a solid resume and are articulate, you should be able to nail this.
There was just a phone interview with the manager then a face to face interview with the manager and vp of hr. They were both very nice and seemed excited to take me on board. But after the interview I followed up and asked them a question and I received an extremely sarcastic response and completely deterred me away from this company.
Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela TST Media (Minneapolis, MN) em nov. de 2010
Entrevista
I was able to set up an interview because my girlfriend knew the owners of the company. They were looking for a Sports Statistician for the season, but it wasn't posted on their website. Just heard about it from contacting the owners saying I was interested in the company. The interview process was a pretty fast 30 minute interview with 2 people. I left feeling good about it and the next day they called and said that I could have the job if I wanted it. I went in for training and they loaded their app on my computer that I needed. The work culture was nice (though I worked from home). It's in a large warehouse and they turned it into a play pen sort of. It had pool tables, tv's, foosball, etc.... They work hard, but do let loose and have a good time as well.

There wasn't any really hard questions. They just wanted to know about my background and my knowledge with computers. Hardest question may have been name 3 of your strengths as they relate to this position.
