Unnecessary for home simple the job is. Simpleton could do this job. They will hire you anyways due to the high turnover. The interview is just them getting to know you and they go over what they expect.

Very simple phone interview process, could be asked to come in for an in person interview but that was not the case for myself. They will be asking about a lot of small details for Credit cards and the T&Cs as well
