I was contact by someone in HR for a face to face interview. I met with the hiring manager (Associate Director) and the Director of the department. The interview was very causal. They asked to basic questions, but nothing to tough.

Very intense and lack DEI. Questions asked were vaguer and out of scope for typical interviews. The questions were very insulting and I think the interviewer was bias . There were a list of 20 questions he asked from a list.

It was a good interview experience. There were 2 interviews, each with different members of the team. The first interview was with one member, and the second with two people.
It would help to study a little about the domain the team works in specifically.

Did asked me lot of theoretical technical ques in sql and java and at end said that i have no practical experience ..i don't know what basics the interview got that.
