The hiring process took place in 2 stages. First one was an Online test consisting of 100 Mcq (45 min). It had basic questions about SCADA, CCTV, Radio, Data networks, Access control, basic electrical engineering questions. The higher the score the better the chances for an interview. After the test I heard back in about 2.5 weeks for the interview. The final stage was a virtual interview . It was about 1 hr and I was interviewed by a couple of Senior Engineers. The questions were pretty much all behavioral based and also based on job descriptions. Make sure you prepare thoroughly from job description. I was also asked about some basic technical questions about few things mentioned in job description. After the interview I heard back in about 3 to 4 weeks. The entire process takes a couple of months from interviewing to hiring so be patient.
