The interview process was exceptionally efficient, incorporating an initial HR screen, a first interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with two levels of management. Questions were natural and conversation flowed naturally, and I never felt as if they were grilling, rather they did an amazing job of allowing honest dialogue to determine compatibility and fit within the role.
