The interview process was very straightforward - questions about my CV, past experience. There were language proficiency tests as well as a technical proficiency test. An offer for a specific job/project was made, which led to a test over the phone with a client overseas. I passed all tests and interviews, however, it was during the last phase of the interview process that I became suspicious, because the interviewer/recruiter was either very reluctant to disclose or completely ignorant of the job position details - they would not say what tasks/responsibilities were expected - they insisted that I would have to go through about 2 months of training in order to find out. This lack of knowledge/transparency is a big red flag.
