There was an group interview with set questions for each individual concerning licensing and current contracts.I recently had the opportunity to interview with TTEC, a leading provider of customer experience solutions, as an Insurance Agent with UnitedHealthCare. The interview process was a breeze, and I'm excited to share my experience with you! First, I submitted my application and waited for a response from the team. After a few days, I received an email inviting me to a phone screen with the recruiter. We chatted about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the role. If you pass this step, you'll move on to a video interview with the hiring manager. This is where you'll discuss your sales skills, experience working with insurance products, and your approach to customer service. Finally, if you're selected, you'll be invited to an in-person interview at one of their offices. Throughout the process, the team was friendly and professional, making me feel at ease.
