They only worry about getting the goal amount of people for the projects. If they need 250 people for a project they will herd people in like crazy just trying to push them through the process.

Not hard pretty easy going they will ask you generally how long you've been with a company and your knowledge of things. They also ask how you handle situations that are difficult to navigate.
