Entrevista
The interview and recruiter was the best part of the company. He was friendly and made me feel at home as soon as I entered building. He responded to my emails and questions in a timely fashion and made me excited to work for the company. He would even check in on the training class after we started. I believe his name was Richard and again he was the best part of the company. The class was a joke with the trainer being manipulated by one outspoken never appropriately dressed female. We caught them alone in the room on our breaks several time which seemed inappropriate especially considering her attire. He would comment on a male with a small rip in his jeans but say nothing to this loud mouth female wearing sheer skirts which you could clearly see her black thong through and see through boots. There was so much drama in training that I was in disbelief that this was a group of so called "adults". Most the class was in their 30's yet I felt like I time warped back to elementary school because of the behavior this trainer allowed. I was ranked #1 and actually got the shift I wanted, but could not handle the childish peers and inequality in rules and standards. Also, they just threw us on the phones before training was over with no one on one or help with first calls etc. The interview and hiring departments are the best part of this company... training and equal rule enforcing for all employees was a joke.

What's the difference between offering sympathy and empathy?
The interview is a Zoom meeting with about 30 other people. A few videos are played that don't really tell you anything about the job or company. We were split into groups of five ish people and a person asked questions from a script and we took turns answering. The interviewers couldn't really answer questions about the job or even what we would be doing. It was a strange experience but not stressful or anything.

I was asked whether I had experience working as a CSR, experience working remotely, then a cliche interview question-when did you overcome a challenge and how did you do it.

Easiest interview ever. Usually in a group setting, they explain the position and ask if everyone is fine with it. Then usually an offer letter would be sent within 1-2 days.
