I couldn't even GET the interview. Many, many times I tried to reach out to them because there are no time slots available. Yet they STILL sent me reminders about making an appointment. Several times i tried to reach out to a recruiter. A physical, talking recruiter. Nothing. The only people I could actually talk to were the agents. I talked to four of them and two of them told me they would connect me to a recruiter. Never happened. They all said there are no time slots available yet. I tried emailing, calling, and texting the recruiter team. Do not recommend if you actually want to get a job.

Entrevista
The interview process at TTEC was simple and quick. It started with a basic screening round to check communication skills, followed by a short HR interview with questions about background, flexibility, and customer service situations. The questions were easy and focused more on attitude and speaking ability than technical knowledge. The overall process was smooth, and the results were shared within a few days.

It was great i throughly did not feel like it was an interview it was a very relaxed environment the hiring manager was really kind and made me feel at home I ended up getting the position and worked there for many years

Huge mass interview with over 20 people all waiting their turn to answer questions. Said everyone in the job got the position and would receive emails for onboarding shortly. I guess I was not everyone because I was ghosted.
