I applied to one of their positions. I got an email that it was booked, but if I'm interested in another project, to reply. I did and they sent me a link to a Zoom meeting. It was very to the point and assured there was no flexibility to miss training. The meeting offered a brief summary of the position. Next, we were given a second interview, where we meet as a group and answered a few questions in private chat and a couple on microphone. Webcam was not required. Only a few of us got an offer email. I had a drug test for my project.
