Initially mailed me that I am a successful candidate for an interview but that I need to complete my application?!
Too much fluff. No real communication with phone representative who has to pull up your file and ask the same questions as the online application.
She sent me another link to complete an assessment, and at this stage I’m super disinterested.
Feels scammy, too. And I don’t like to be misled, already felt like I was when I had to continue filling out applications, even though I’ve received an invitation to interview. Shady.

Entrevista
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.

Entrevista
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
