Entrevista
The job spec was more a Sales Team Lead role but during the process I found out that was for BDR. The interviewers were very nice and during the steps I was very comfortable. The questions were very basic. First chat with the Recruiter.
First interview with Team Manager and Operation Manager. It was October.
Second Step : Assessment: done in November
I got a rejection at the beginning of December but they told me that was a mistake.
Third Step : Assessment Discussion with the same Interviewers. 10th December
Outcome got it on 5th January after asking many times.
No feedback provided.
Dxuring the process I got the feeling that I was doing well, but there was some mess in the process. For a TL role I have been pending more than 2 months .

Lots of emails, did not result in an official interview as the salary range was well below the average so I decided to no longer pursue this role. If they posted the salary range on the job posting, this would have save us both lots of time.
It’s easy 3 rounds interview starting with assessment round. If you clear the assessment,the second will be HR round with basic questions regarding your position and after that the final round is Manger round which is detailed summary for you and your employer

Interview is pretty much a group briefing on your job title and pay. Lasts about 1 hour and then you will break off into smaller groups to be asked a few interview questions.
