Group Interview, very relaxed. I did well, followed up with talent acquisition, was informed I was accepted, was told to watch for an offer email, Haven't heard back from them as of yet. To be fair, I may be overqualified.

Any experience in customer service? What skills and or qualities do you bring to the table for a CSR position? Elaborate. Are you bilingual? Do you have any Call Center experience? If so, elaborate. Are you looking for full time or part time?

Entrevista
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.

Entrevista
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
