Lengthy Assessments followed by a scheduled group interview you would have to wait 30+ days for. If you're successful after the interview, you would have to complete a verbal and ISP test. Note* They are highly discriminatory when it comes to the English-only roles so you would be refused especially in Canada if you don't have an American Accent. TTEC does not value diversity or Inclusivity.

Entrevista
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.

Entrevista
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
