The process was easy. Submit an application, do some assessments, and schedule an interview. The interview was through Zoom, and the recruiter was nice. Here's where it went south, and I know this happened to many others as well. In TTEC job ads, it states high-speed net, with required speeds etc. When I searched on the company site before applying looking at all the work-from-home requirements, it states that they have clients that accept wireless delivery internet as long as it's WPA 2 protected. The problem is, they only accept broadband, and you don't find that out until you are in the interview. It's incredibly frustrating. It's a simple addition to any job ad that can save both the candidate's and recruiters' time. Having other internet types acceptable on the TTEC site is confusing. I still like the company, but there needs to be some clarity and consistency so candidates know right off the bat if they can even apply.
