I applied for the job on 11–2, got an email to complete the assessment on 11–3, got an email on 11–4 to schedule interview and was able to schedule it that day for 11–12. When the interview day came, it was a group interview on Microsoft Teams. There were multiple people in the call. You were required to bring your ID and have your camera on. It took a while to get everyone’s ID verified and camera working correctly, but the ladies running the interview were very kind. They went over a presentation of the company, their mission, what the job entailed, and the schedule. Unfortunately, I was not able to take the job as they said that availability needed to be between 11 AM to 11 PM, Monday through Saturday based on company needs. They stated that no days off would be given within the first 90 days, and also asked if we had any appointments during that time that would interfere. They also stated that you would need to provide proof of employment for the last five years to include paycheck stubs, or W-2s. When applying for the job, the availability was not on the application and if it was, I would not have applied for it with having kids. The schedule would not work. I just wanted to give others insight on what to expect.

The interview was very laid back, I was not nervous at all. GREAT experience!! The recruiter was so polite and respectful of my answers, she was not pushy whatsoever!! One of the best interviews I have participated in.
