I applied for position and was interviewed 3 days later. The interview was in-person with hiring manager and lasted about an hour. It was informal but interviewer was professional & very personable. The standard questions were asked & she was very open about the challenges of a recruiter within their organization.

It is a long and thorough process. The interviewer was kind and caring. You'll be assessed, then go through the interview process. Once done, if you are offered a job, you will complete necessary paperwork and complete a drug test.

Entrevista
The process needed to be a little clearer. Set the expectations up front! First impressions are key, and it would be great if managers and people involved in the interview process were on time and thought a little more about candidate experience. Leaders were fantastic about describing the company, but needs a little more focus on the front end.
