First they select you according to your resume and experience. Then keep an assessment, after which there is a managerial round interview. Last there is a HR interview. Then there is a background verification, and you are good to go.

One on one interview with direct supervisor. Straight forward questions directly related to relevant past experience. No gotcha questions. Initial interview was over the phone followed-up by a zoom meeting with two direct Sales Managers and supervisors.
