Phone screening with HR then in-person interview with team members/supervisors in the relevant group. Interview included tour of the facility location. Very nice and friendly all around, interview was formal. Good communication
The interview was very behavioral mainly going through my resume. No technical questions but asked why I wanted to be an engineer and questions of that nature. Walk me through an experience where you faced a challenge you did not know how to approach?
