I applied online, and received a phone call the next day to schedule the initial screening. We scheduled it for the following day. The recruiter texted me that she would be running a bit late so asked to reschedule 15 minutes later. I agreed. She did not call until 3 hours later. Fine, these things happen. The next week (maybe 7 business days later), the recruiter texted that she would like to advance me to the next stage, and was asked for my availability for the next week. I responded with my availability. I sent a follow up text, but did not hear anything back for almost 2 weeks. This time, the recruiter was asking if I was available for a interview with the hiring manager the upcoming Monday. I responded that I was. I sent a text asking for an update maybe two days later. Again, radio silence. It's been over a month and I still haven't heard anything.
