I applied online. I submitted a form that included some motivation and competency questions. I then received an invitation for numerical, logical and verbal tests. These seemed harder to me than ones that I did for other companies (though I somehow passed). I then did the video interview. This consists of 4 questions - you have 60 seconds to prepare and 120 to answer for each. You cannot re-record your answers. The questions are quite easy and you can see them below. The next stage would be an assessment centre, but I haven't made it that far yet.
