I would like to state first that TUI's interviews are NOT as brutal as everybody makes out!
First, there was about 25 of us, we all was brought into a room where we had a presentation about the job. it was very brief. Then we was asked to introduce ourselves one by one and choose to say one thing either unique inspiring or trusted about us, (TUI values). one tip for this which i noticed was that you must relate this to something work related (ie trusted due to being a manager) as i noticed the majority who said something that was just very generic didn't make it into the second part of the day (ie im unique because i am an identical twin). after this we then did a group activity and this concluded the first half of the day.
about 9 of us managed to get into the second half of the day. we then was given a much more detailed explanation of the role, pay, accomodation etc and then we had to do a customer service role play. after this was the 1 to 1 interviews.
