Si le profil correspond, un screening téléphonique a lieu afin de voir dans quelle mesure le profil correspond aux attentes de l'entreprise.
Si le screening est positif alors, invitation à une journée de selection ou différents test seront organisés : test situation, test de langue, entretien individuel, à l'issu de cette journée d'évaluation, certains candidats se verront offrir un emploi au sein de la compagnie.

Really nice and friendly experience! Actually one of the nicest interviewing processes to be honest - definitely felt heard and welcomed. The interviewers were lovely and came across very human and it was a relaxed environment.
