Got a call for an interview after 2 months since putting in the application. Then waited literally another 2 months to get an automated rejection email. All behavior questions, none technical. Their whole hiring process need to be reevaluate

7 or 8 standard questions, nothing job specific. I had read a bunch of questions online prior to the interview and didn't realize those were the exact questions they would ask. It's easy enough to find them.
