This was a painful phone screen with HR. The recruiter was not friendly and obviously had just a number of questions she wanted answered and was checking off a list. This was not a two way conversation. When she was done asking questions, I asked her the same questions to see if the company and role could be a match and I was met with a curt response ‘we’re still figuring that out’. I actually asked her if she had any concerns with what we just spoke about because of the way she was speaking to me. I don’t expect to move forward in the interview process.
