- Started with a Recruiter Call for 30 minutes talking about my past experience
- First step was a Leetcode style medium question that I had to solve, was pretty easy
- Next up was in person Whiteboard problem solving with 2 engineers
- Exec Call with a VP of Engineering, who was nice and got straight to business
- Offer
The hiring process is highly inconsiderate and they're weirdly okay with treating you as disposable for a company that claims to be inclusive and "human centered". Completed multiple rounds (recruiting screen, team chat, presentation, challenge, final meeting with C-level stakeholders) only to be sent an email that they're going with someone else. But thanks for the good vibes I guess
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela TWG (Toronto, ON) em fev. de 2020
Entrevista
Informal conversations with various people working your way up the ladder. If someone at the top suggests you talk to someone else (in my case the person I started with :) then you know you're not getting anywhere. I went through three rounds.

Pergunta 1
Nothing formal like behavioural questions, which suits me best. Real conversations about the job at hand, brainstorming. Felt like they were just seeing if you were the kind of person they'd work well with.
