First interview I was just grilled on a project I did. Was rejected, wasn't clear why. Afterwards there is supposedly a home test, a follow-up interview to analyse the home test, a peer interview, a manager interview and then an HR interview.

Had an initial call from the recruiter and then an online interview with the recruiting manager. Asked to explain technical concepts and honed in on topics that I said I didn't have any experience with.
