Multiple interviews with different team members. The question all team members asked was how much money I'd like to make, and they made it a point to say that the last applicant didn’t get the job because they asked for too much ($60k for a GM role). I of course was offered well below the market rate for the position (I believe around $40k). When I tried to counter offer, the director of operations (Kirk Spade) accused me of not having other prospects and attempted to coerce me into telling him who else I was applying with.
He then went on a tirade saying that everyone who works for him "should be happy making 0 dollars or a million dollars".
I obviously took another job that paid me a lot more, clearly this place is run by abusive hacks that don't understand how the industry or people operates
