The interview process was quite long. First with a phone screen. Then they had meet 1 area coach who then had me go to a different area coach then had a few more interviews with general managers to find the best store to place me at
Easy. sent in application to a couple of stores got called back after 3 days on site interview after that where they asked me about my past experience and why I would like to work there

the interview process, i would say as a whole, went about as an interview for a feast food joint from 12 years ago should go. The manager at the time was nice
In person with management inside the store at the location you are applying to work at but be irritated to wait during rush times because they are busy most the time
