Interview with the Gernal manager. Interview with the Area Coach. Sometimes interview with a District Mananger. Also a phone interview with an HR. Dress like you are meeting the president, or your future in-laws. Yes , were fast food, but if the person is lazy about dressing sunday dress then were too lazy to hire you. Most of our stores are open for anywhere between14-16 hours, please come on time, smile, and show enthusiasm.

The interview was very easy, it was a casual chat with two managers. I got offered the job on the spot. It didn't feel overwhelming and the questions were easy enough.

Entrevista
Easy and straightforward hiring process.. if you say no to donating to kbp cares they will not hire you. Pay is about 16.50 an hour.. just be yourself, act confident. Follow up with how do you feel about me
Really smooth process from start to finish. You get to know the managers and the company alot through the process. Training was very simple and straight forward to go through and all trainers were really knowledgeable.
